This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report has already filed for closing the case as mistake of fact. The Court below shall issue RCS notice to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition. After the petitioner files such a protest petition, the same will be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
