ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 76 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti relating to Crime No. 10 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after receipt of summons the petitioner was absent before the trial Court on 15.11.2021 and as such the trial Court has issued Non Bailable Warrant as against the petitioner and it is still pending.

3. The petitioner has approached this Court to quash the proceedings in CC No. 76 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, since Non Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner, he is not entitled for the relief as sought for in this petition.
