[R4 suo-motu impleaded vide order dated 09.03.2020 in W.P.(MD)No.4877 of 2020] PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to give permission and police protection for conducting Mahakumbhabishekam of Sri Mandhai Bagavathiamman Temple Situated at Maniyakaranpatti, Jothampatti in Dindigul District scheduled to be conducted on 08.04.2020 to 09.04.2020 based on the outcome of the peace meeting held by the Tahsildar, Dindigul dated 30.12.2019 and also on the basis of representation of the petitioner, dated 25.02.2020.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to give permission and police protection for conducting Mahakumbhabishekam of Sri Mandhai Bagavathiamman Temple Situated at Maniyakaranpatti, Jothampatti in Dindigul District scheduled to be held on 08.04.2020 and 09.04.2020 based on the outcome of the peace meeting conducted by the Tahsildar, Dindigul https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.4877 of 2020 dated 30.12.2019 and also on the basis of representation of the petitioner, dated 25.02.2020. Now, due to efflux of time, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and hence, the same is dismissed. No costs.
