ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the representation dated 12.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she was the office staff of the 4th respondent and there are some dispute in respect of the employment between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. Taking advantage of the same, the 4th respondent has filed a false complaint as against the petitioner and based on that complaint, the 3rd respondent police have frequently harassed the petitioner to attend the enquiry. The petitioner has also attended the enquiry, but the 3rd respondent have not completed the enquiry and already the petitioner lodged a complaint as against the 4th respondent, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 12.02.2025 not to harass the petitioner and the same has also not been considered. Hence, she has filed this petition. 2/5

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner was working under the 4th respondent in an educational institution and during the employment, the petitioner has obtained money from the parents of the students in her account, thereby the 4th respondent lodged a complaint. On summon, the petitioner has also appeared and gave an undertaking that she will repay the amount, but now she has filed this petition for consideration of the representation. The respondent police have received the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 and the same is under consideration. They will consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner within one week.

Since the 4th respondent lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and the same is under enquiry, for enquiry the 3rd respondent police have called the petitioner and the respondent police have also received the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry within fifteen [15] days from the date of this Order in accordance with law on merits. 3/5

5. With the above said observations and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
