This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to conduct preliminary enquiry upon his complaint dated 16.08.2017 and consequently take further appropriate action against the accused persons mentioned in his complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the prayer sought for in this petition, without going into merits of the allegations made in the complaint, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct preliminary enquiry based on petitioner's complaint dated 16.08.2017, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
