O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Periyakulam, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2019 is filed in the year 2019 and he is 72 years old and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2019 and also considering the age of the petitioner, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Periyakulam, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

C.R.P(MD).No.550 of 2022 4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
