ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to expedite the trial in C.C.No.216 of 2006 within a stipulated time. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that the case is now posted for examination of P.W.1 on 21.01.2015. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side)for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.216 of 2006 pending on its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
