O R D E R

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.4745 of 2016, on the complaint alleged by one Rajendran, the respondent police registered a case in Cr.No.273 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(i) I.P.C. against the petitioners herein. While so, the petitioners have filed the present quash application on the ground that they have arrived at compromise with the second respondent/defacto complainant.

2. Ms.V.Jeyalakshmi, Sub-Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station is present and on instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.273 of 2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as action dropped. A copy of the closure report has also been filed before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur on 05.10.2016.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
