ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 506(ii) read with Section 3(i) of TNPPDL Act read with Section 109 IPC, in P.R.C.No.47 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the absence of the first petitioner on 17.12.2014 and other petitioners on 24.11.2014 respectively, non bailable warrants were issued against them by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to absence of the petitioners for one hearing, non bailable warrants were issued against them and they may be directed to approach the Court for recalling the warrant. 4.Considering the fact that non bailable warrants were issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, Ramanathapuram District, is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
