ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.462 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is completed and the final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, on 10.03.2020 and the same has not been taken on file so far.

3.Since the investigation was completed and final report was also filed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Since the final report was filed on 10.03.2020, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, shall look into the matter and process the same at the earliest and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
