ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No. 466 of 2014 and seeks anticipatory bail.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected in the said occurrence and he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases in the same nature.
