Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused No.1 to 3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471, 420 r/w 109 IPC in Crime No.21 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.04.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the offending transaction shall be nullified. Recording the said undertaking, the respondent police are directed not to arrest the petitioners and the matter is listed today for reporting compliance. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the undertaking given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ earlier is yet to be complied with.
4.In view of the noncompliance of the undertaking given before this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage. Hence, this present Criminal Original Petition dismissed.
