ORDER

This petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents to recover the embezzled amount from the accused persons in respect of Chit Fund Scam in connection with Crime No. 1 of 2007 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if a direction is given to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy District to dispose of the case in C.C.No.183 of 2011 within a stipulated time.

is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.183 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
