By an order dated 19.10.2024, an opportunity was given to the petitioner to take steps to serve notice on the respondents. Pursuant to the said direction, the petitioner had taken steps and filed proof of service on 19.11.2024. 2.The notices sent to the respondents 3, 4 and 5 were returned as "no such person in the address" and "insufficient address", respectively. It is represented that the first respondent died during trial process and he has no issues. The second respondent died and his legal representatives have been brought on record as respondents 4 and 5.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions these petitions are allowed and the Civil Revision Petitions are restored to file.

4.The Registry is directed to list the Civil Revision Petitions on 04.12.2024 at the top of the list.
