ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 506(ii) IPC in Crime No. 62 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.Due to some dispute, the petitioners herein assaulted the de facto complainant with knife.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the de facto complainant is still in hospital.

5.Taking note of the serious overt act attributed to the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
