ORDER

The petitioner/father filed this petition challenging the maintenance order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi, in M.C.No.7 of 2021, dated 23.12.2022.

2.The petitioner is the father of the respondent. The respondent herein filed a maintenance case in M.C.No.7 of 2021, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, and the same was allowed in granting maintenance amount of Rs.15,000/- from the date of 17.03.2021 to 13.02.2022 to the respondent herein. The same was challenged by the petitioner by way of this Criminal Revision Case.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the learned trial judge granted maintenance amount to the respondent till she attains majority. Now, the respondent attained majority and the entire arrears amount was paid. 2/4

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondent attained majority, there is no further orders are necessary to be passed in this case.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed. 10.04.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vsg To
