ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that originally the case was investigated by the District Crime Branch, Karur in Crime No.9 of 2013 and the same is not transferred to Superintendent of Police, C.B.C.I.D, Erode. He further submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, when the petition enquiry was pending and after transfer of the case to the first respondent, now they apprehend arrest. 2.Considering the fact that the Principal Bench at Chennai has jurisdiction, this court cannot grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and it is open to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum.
