ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the third respondent Police frequently called the petitioners and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petition filed against the petitioners has been enquired and closed; the third respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioners; and now their presence is not required for any enquiry.
