This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give suitable police protection to the petitioner's property bearing Re-Survey No.2052/6 situated at Palani Chettipatti, Theni District, by implementing the judgment and decree dated 17.12.2018 made in S.A.No.471 of 2006 on the file of this High Court by preventing the third respondent and unauthorized persons from their illegal attempt to trespass into the above property 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that enquiry was conducted, based on the complaint of the petitioner and the same was closed, on 07.03.2020.
