ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the basis of the petition filed against the petitioner herein, the petitioner was enquired and after enquiry, the petition was closed. 5.In view of the fact that the petition filed against the petitioner has been enquired and closed, there is no scope for further harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
