PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members and not to interfere in the civil dispute based on the complaint given by the petitioner made before the first respondent dated 03.04.2015. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there is pressure from the second respondent to vacate the house.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that the case was registered and the petitioner was not asked by the second respondent to vacate the house and also undertakes that the second respondent shall not do the same in future.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
