ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) It appears that after the acceptance of the petitioner's resignation by the respondents, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the same by making a representation dated 20.10.2020.

2. Though the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said request is not feasible to be considered, taking note of the pendency of the representation, we are inclined to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to give another copy of the representation dated 20.10.2020 to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
