Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34, 202, 212 of IPC, in P.R.C.No.25 of 2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the son-inlaw of the deceased, A1 is the adopted son and A2 is the daughter of the deceased and wife of the petitioner. The accused persons pressurised the deceased to transfer the property in their name. On refusal by the deceased, the accused persons beaten her severely and hanged her in the roof to create the impression that the deceased committed suicide. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.25 of 2010. The petitioner is absconding from 2010 and due to that the trial could not be proceeded and Non-Bailable Warrant is issued against the petitioner on 16.04.2010. 5.The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons murdered the deceased, who is his mother-in-law, due to the motive to grab the property.
