O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection for visiting the house property of the petitioner based on his representation dated 10.10.2022.

2. The relief as sought for in this petition may not survive at the point of time since, the police protection was sought during February, 2023 and the matter itself has come up for hearing in November, 2024. If there is any subsequent cause of action resulting in life threat to the petitioner, it is left open to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint and work out his remedy in accordance with law.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
