The petitioner has approached this Court seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.400 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. When, the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that investigation has already been completed and the case has been referred as ''mistake of fact''. RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate that the case has been closed as ''mistake of fact'', this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
