ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant Patta to the petitioner's house site land in Survey No.253/18 situated at Neikulam village, Lalgudi, Trichy district.

2.Heard Mr.R.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.M.Mari Chelliah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to give a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2018 with regard to the grant of patta to the land, which is according to her, is a natham land, where she is in possession and enjoyment of the same and she got the property by way of Will by one Ganapathy Reddiyar in the year 1996. Therefore, based on these documents, if the second respondent decides the issue with regard to the grant of patta to the subject land to the petitioner, the petitioner would be satisfied.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that, the enough documents have not been supplied by the petitioner to the second respondent's office and without necessary documents, the issue cannot be decided in favour of the petitioner.

5.Be that as it may, based on the available documents supplied already or to be supplied by the petitioner, the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2018 shall be considered by the second respondent and an order to that effect on merits and in accordance with law shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
