This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is only called for enquiry and hence, there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
