RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.224 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 and to allow the petitioners to execute bone with common sureties instead of executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUTHUVAI ILLAYARAJA.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.224 of 2023, dated 12.01.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he is unable to furnish two sureties for each accused. Hence, prays to modify the condition.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioners, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.224 of 2023, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety each for a likesum .
