2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the petition mentioned representation would be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent shall take note of the order dated 02.04.2018 made in W.P (MD) No.7086 of 2018.
3. This Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
