The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3298 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD) No.53 of 2020, dated 22.06.2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. In view of the same, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and this petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court on all hearing dates.
