The instant Writ Petition has filed to call for the records connected with the Notification No.158 Extraordinary Part III - Section 4 dated 02.08.2011 issued by the first respondent and subsequent notification dated 28.06.2018 issued by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application and allow her to participate in the TNTET Examination, 2019 in accordance with law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both the parties represented before this Court that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition has been decided in W.P. No.7725 of 2019, dated 11.04.2019. In support of their contention, a copy of the order has also been produced.

3. Recording the above said submissions, the instant Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
