ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the husband challenging an interim order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, in I.A.No.104 of 2017 in I.D.O.P.No.10 of 2016 directing the husband to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses to the wife.

Though the wife has sought for Rs.50,000/- towards litigation expenses, the trial Court has awarded only Rs.10,000/- towards litigation expenses, which cannot be considered to be exorbitant or unreasonable. Therefore, I do not find any merits in the impugned order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 02.03.2023 Index :
