PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in connection with the First Information Report in Cr.No.552 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to call for the records in connection with the First Information Report in Crime No.552 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.552 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been laid on 12.06.2014 before the Special Court, Land Grabbing Cases, Thanjavur and the same is yet to take on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that there is an order of interim stay not to proceed further in Crime No.552 of 2011 against the petitioners. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
