This application is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.66 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and not taken on file.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet in accordance with law.
