ORDER

The petitioner is figuring as A3 in Crime No.2092 of 2017 registered on the file of the Tallakulam Police Station. 2.The defacto complainant/second respondent is present in person before me. He is identified by his counsel and also Thiru.C.Marutha Lakshmi, Sub Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station. The second respondent has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR.

3.I am, therefore, of the view that the continuation of the impugned prosecution is not going to serve purpose. In this view of the matter, the impugned FIR stand quashed in toto. This criminal original petition is allowed.
