This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 966 of 2021 dated 25.11.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Swamimalai Police Station, Thanjavur District

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 966 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam on 15.12.2021 and the same is not yet taken on file.
