This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records of the FIR in Crime No.41 of 2015 dated 21.01.2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is completed, but yet to file the charge sheet.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
