ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners / accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b),323, 324,506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.
581 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any such offence as alleged by the respondent police, and further submitted that no similar petition is filed and pending before any other Court.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the injured was discharged from the hospital and investigation is yet to be completed and hence, he opposed for granting anticipatory bail. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the injured was discharged from the hospital, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, on condition that the petitioners herein shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
