The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.346 of 2021 and that the Inspector of Police, Avaniyapuram Police Station, after conducting enquiry, closed the same since the third respondent gave an undertaking that he would not disturb the present petitioner. 3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
