2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. 4.In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The sixth respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
