Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Panel Counsel submitted that no application of the petitioner is pending on their file. The petitioner is permitted to submit an on-line application along with all the relevant enclosures. On receipt thereof, the first respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and dispose of it within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
