ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records in Crime No.119 of 2015 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the liquor bottles to have been carried to be used for Temple festival.

4. A perusal of the complaint would show that the case has been registered on the ground that the bottles have been taken for the purpose of distributing to the voters in the by-election.

5. These are all the matters for investigation and this Court is not inclined to go into the disputed facts of the case and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
