ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 14.07.2017, for the offences punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C r/w Sections 3,4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.12 of 2003 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail and the same was granted by this Court on 28.09.2017.
2.At the time of granting bail, based on the request of either sides, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre and both the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 06.10.2017 and the Mediation Centre was directed to submit the report within a period of three weeks before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.11.2017, before this Court, along with the mediation report, there was no representation for the petitioner, either in person or through his counsel and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.11.2017.
