(MD).No.483 of 2009 and pass such further or other orders, as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, praying this Hon'ble Court to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in RCA.No.2 of 2006 on the file of the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Judge), Tenkasi dated 25.02.2009, reversing the fair and decreetal order passed in RCOP.No.22 of 2004 on the file of learned Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Tenkasi dated 14.03.2006.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. RAMESH @ RAMAIAH, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition is filed to restore the above revision petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 16.03.2018. 2.This petition is not seriously opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondent. This Court is satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed by support of this petition to restore the above revision petition.
