The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to dispose of CC.No.165 of 2021 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case has been posted for trial and summon has been issued for the appearance of L.W.1 and 2 on 14.05.2024.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppuvanam, to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
