ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) The mother has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to produce her daughter, who is the detenue and to set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detunue was produced before this Court.

3. She stated that she is studying in the 12th Standard and that she went along with her friend and was staying at his grandmother's house. She further stated that she is willing to go along with her mother.

4. The petitioner, who is the mother, stated that she would take care of her daughter and will provide her with sufficient education.

5. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2/4Page
