ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.25 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested on 09.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 355, 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that while the de-facto complainant was attending a family function, the petitioners intercepted him and at that time there was a wordy quarrel arose between them.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured sustained simple injury and he was discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioners are in Judicial custody from 09.04.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
