ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's objections, dated 24.01.2019, submitted through proper channel in pursuance to the order in Na.Ka.No.015/2019/Oo.Va.2, dated 02.01.2019, containing the temporary seniority list as on 01.01.2019 in the post of Assistant / Rural Welfare Officer Grade -I / Cashier, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Challenging the temporary seniority list published as on 02.01.2019, for the post of Assistant / Rural Welfare Grade - II / Cashier and typist, the petitioner has made an objection to the respondent through proper channel, on 24.01.2019, the same has not been considered so far. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's objection was considered and the same was rejected by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.15/2019/OO.Va-2, dated 14.06.2019, and he has also served a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceeding, if he is aggrieved. No costs.
