This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2 to 4 respondents to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2026 and to conclude the enquiry with in a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the facts of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit the relevant documents to the respondents. Upon such submission, the respondents shall consider the petitioner's case. If any cognizable offence is made out, proceedings will be initiated in accordance with the law.
