Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to give permission for conducting Aadal Padal Orchestra Programme on 12.06.2019 in connection with Thiruvizha celebration of Arulmigu Sri Aathali Patchanatchiyamman Temple situated at K.Kallikudi Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2019.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to give permission for conducting Aadal Padal Orchestra Programme on 12.06.2019 in connection with Thiruvizha celebration of Arulmigu Sri Aathali Patchanatchiyamman Temple situated at K.Kallikudi Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and police protection to conduct the Adal Padal Orchestra programme on 12.06.2019 in connection with the festival of the above said temple, the petitioner has given a representation on 04.06.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
